We are located in Roby, Missouri! If you'd like to visit, you can find directions here. Our current store hours are Wednesday - Sunday 10am-7pm. I hope to see you soon!

Who can choose local pickup?

Anyone who is able to come to our storefront in Roby, Missouri to pick up their purchase is able to select local pick up. If you aren't able to come by to pick up your order, you will have to pay shipping (don't worry! It's cheap!).

How does shipping work?

I can ship anywhere in the continental US and it will only cost you $5.99 every per order, no matter how much you order! You will not be charged shipping more than once in a 24 hour period and if you would like to have your orders shipped once a week so that you can consolidate shipping, just send me a message and I can work something out with you! Please make sure you include the shipping address where you want your items sent when you check out! Once your order has processed, a shipping label will be created and sent out within 24 hours. After this, your order will typically arrive to you within 5-7 business days.

What does "Waitlist" mean and how does it work? What about Preauthorization?

Never miss out on must-have items again! Make sure to utilize Waitlist & Preauthorization! What does that mean? Let me explain!

Waitlist means that the item is sold out completely, or just in that size, and you can add the wanted item to your "waitlist". If you add it to your waitlist and IF we are able to restock the item then it will fall into your cart automatically, as if you had added it yourself. There's no guarantee that every item can be restocked, but we always try if it's available and we have enough interest. You should also Pre-Authorize your waitlisted item.
Pre-Authorizing just means that IF the item does restock, an order will be created for you and you will be automatically charged for the item when it arrives at our store. This will prevent you from possibly missing the item if it does fall in your cart by simply just waitlisting the item, because carts do expire! If you only waitlist an item, it restocks and then your cart expires, there's a risk it will fall into another person's cart before you're able to grab it up. Pre-authorizing an item also jumps the customer up in line to get the item ahead of the people that only just added it to their waitlist and did not pre-authorize the item. We only ask that you pre-authorize an item if you truly want it IF it does get restocked.

Can I return an item I bought?

In short, it depends. Please read our return policy below.

RETURN POLICY:

Online and in store orders can be returned for a STORE CREDIT within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not have been bought during any kind of sale (Coupon Code or otherwise). Returned items must include all original tags, unless approved by our staff. Due to inventory turnover rates, we will only do an exchange on a case by case basis. Please understand that this is so we do not create a cascade of problems with our inventory. Just send us a message and we would be happy to discuss your options!

Sale Items

If you received your order and there is an item missing or you received the incorrect item, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. If you do not inform us within this time frame, we will be unable to correct the situation.

We are not responsible for the package once it has been dropped off with the mail carrier.

Please reach out to your local carrier for any assistance once the package has been marked “shipped”.

Although we are typically pretty snappy about getting it to you, please allow us up to 48-72 hours to issue a store credit once we have received your items.

If an item(s) is sent back to us for a return and it does not qualify according to our above stated return policy, the shipping fee we must pay to ship your item(s) back to you will be deducted from any credit due to you. If no credit is due to you, you will be invoiced for the shipping price. You will have 7 business days from us reaching out about the shipping invoice to pay it or we will deem the item(s) abandoned.

Once you have entered payment on an item you are committing to the purchase. We will ship out the item. If at that time you decide you no longer want the item and if it is returnable and falls in our return policy you may ship the item back. See below for full return policy.

We are Not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your address.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship it to you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipment when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
If your tracking number says "Attempted Delivery, Item Being Held While Addressee is Contacted", that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages by any mail carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier resolve any lost or stolen items.
